This is an application moved by the petitioner. The prayer made in the application is as follows:

"In the premises mentioned above, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to dispose off, the present writ petition as having become infructuous."

Though, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, a perusal of the assertions made in the application shows that the petitioner has been issued a transfer certificate from respondent no.2 school. 3.

It is, perhaps, in this backdrop that the prayer made in the application is that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. W.P.(C) 11965/2019
