The petition is filed for the following reliefs: "1. Issue an appropriate Writ, Order and/or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order, and/or Direction of like nature to the Respondent No. 1 for registering the Claim Application of the Petitioner for delayed payments amounting to INR 21,09,54,280.73/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Nine Lakhs Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and Seventy-Three Paise Only) in a time-bound manner, by accepting the same in physical form through the Respondent No. 2/ concerned MSEFC falling within the aegis of Respondent No. 3;

2. Issue an appropriate Writ, Order and/or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order, and/or Direction of like nature to the Respondent No. 1 for forwarding the Claim Application of the Petitioner for delayed payments amounting to INR 21,09,54,280.73/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Nine Lakhs Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and Seventy-Three Paise Only) to the Respondent No. 2/ concerned MSEFC for further action and processing, subsequent to the registration of Claim of the Petitioner having been facilitated by the Respondent No. 1; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that today, he has received a message whereby he has been given to understand that his application shall be processed by the Registry. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant application stands disposed of, however, it is directed that the petitioner's application be processed by the SDM (Headquarters), Central District, Delhi and be taken to its logical conclusion without any further delay.

With these observations, petition stands disposed of. 5.

Liberty is granted to file a fresh petition, if the occasion so arises.
