The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 10th November, 2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 11265/2019.

By the aforesaid judgment, the Division Bench had stated that the th respondents were bound to comply with the order dated 25 February, 2019, wherein liberty was granted to the petitioner to file a detailed representation and a mandate was issued to the respondents to pass a detailed order thereto, which was to be communicated to the petitioner. 3.

By way of the aforesaid judgment, the respondents were directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order within a period of six weeks.

Today, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the detailed representation of the petitioner, has been decided by order dated 13th February, 2024, which has been received by the petitioner on 29th February, 2024.
