The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "IN THE LIGHT OF THE FACTS CIRCUMSTANCES MENTIONED ABOVE IT IS MOST HUMBLY PRAYED BEFORE THIS HON'BLE THAT THE PRESENT CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS MAIN PETITION UNDER SECTION 528 OF THE BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023 BEING FILED FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER SEEKING DIRECTION/DIRECTIONS, ORDER/ORDERS TO EXPEDITE TRIAL WHICH IS PENDNG BEFORE THE COURT OF Ld. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present FIR was registered in 2013 and charges were framed in 10.07.2019F and thereafter the prosecution evidence is being conducted. 6.

Attention of this Court has been drawn to various order sheets of the learned Trial Court whereby despite various attempts, the material witness i.e. ARTO/Mathura has not been appearing. It is submitted that the present FIR pertains to furnishing of forged driving licenses for recruitment in Delhi Police for the post of Driver. It is pointed out that several similar FIRs were registered at that particular point of time, which are currently pending. Attention has been drawn to the order dated 15.12.2022 passed in Crl. M.C. 6821/2022 passed by a coordinate Bench with respect to one similar FIR where directions had been given for the expeditious trial. 7.

In these circumstances, and the fact that the FIR was registered in 2013, the learned Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously without giving an undue adjournment to either of the parties and try to conclude the same within 6 months from today.

The petition stands disposed of.
