The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the present petition has become infructuous, since the proceedings initiated by the CCI (in case No. 95/2016) has been set aside by the Bombay High Court and the said decision has been affirmed by the Supreme Court in CCI v. Bharti Airtel Ltd.: (2019) 2 SCC 521.

Mr Rishi Aggarwala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, states that the same is not subject to the jurisdiction of the TRAI and the said contention be kept open.

In view of the aforesaid view, the present petition is disposed of as it
has become infructuous. It is clarified that all contentions of the parties are reserved.
