Through the present writ petition, the Petitioner prays as under: "i.

Direct the Chief Law Officer, BSF Delhi to file entire SSFC Record before this Hon'ble Court.

ii.

Declare the entire SSFC trial of the petitioner in violation of the principles of natural justice and void, thereby to quash and Set aside the impugned Order NO. Estt./ AKS/ SSFC/ 78/BSF /2019/18887-93 dated 28.12.2019 passed by the Commandant 78 BN. BSF, Baishnab Nagar, Malda (WB), and kindly pass necessary consequential directions relief(s) thereto including for fresh SSFC trial as per law. iv.

Issue rule nisi and made the said rule absolute on its return.

Pass such further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

Admittedly, a statutory appeal under Section 117 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 is maintainable against the impugned order. 3.

Hence, the Petitioner is relegated to the remedy of statutory appeal.
