% 18.02.2020 It is submitted by learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, that petitioner had joined investigation twice. Status report has been filed. I have perused the status report. The petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 6.11.2019. Since nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner, and he is no more required for custodial interrogation, petitioner, in the event of his arrest, is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/concerned MM.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
