The petitioner herein was seeking quashing of the complaint in question and also the orders whereby he had been summoned. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner has already been discharged by the learned Trial Court on 19.01.2026 and, therefore, nothing survives in the matter.

In view of the abovesaid development and as prayed by the learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition is hereby disposed of as having become infructuous.
