Learned counsel for petitioner submits that main accused in this FIR case has been granted bail by the Court of Sessions and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application, with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for the relief sought herein. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
