% 18.01.2017 This writ petition has to be dismissed in view of pronouncement of this court dated 04.11.2016 in writ petition (C) No.8058/2015, UOI & Another Vs. Malbika Deb Gupta.

The respondent would be entitled to pay fixation at the minimum of the Pay Band plus Grade Pay applicable to the post of Assistant w.e.f. 01.01.2006.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
