By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(a) Direct the Ld. Judicial Magistrate (Mahila Court-03), Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to dispose of CT Case No. 2844 of 2019, Execution Petition No. 74 of 2023, and Execution Petition No. 322 of 2015 within a time-bound period of six months; (b) Direct the Ld. Family Court-01, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to dispose of MT Case No. 444 of 2019 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. within six months;"

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press prayer (b), qua the expeditious disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereafter 'Cr.P.C.') before the learned Trial Court. He seeks liberty of this Court to file a separate petition in this regard.

As far as prayer (a) regarding the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereafter 'DV Act') is concerned, considering that the said petition was filed in the year 2019, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the said petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, without granting any undue adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
