O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 439/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29 (A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award. Mr. Abhay Gupta, who appears for the respondent on advance notice has given his consent for the same.

Noting the same, the time for the Arbitrator Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till February 29, 2020. The petition stands disposed of.
