This is an application under Section 362 Cr.P.C read with Section 482 Cr.P.C/Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for correction of clerical mistake(s) in the judgment dated 03.11.2025.

The main correction pointed out by the petitioner, who appears in person, is that, in paragraph 24, there is mention of recording of statement of complainant under Section 164 Cr.P.C, however, no such statement was recorded and only statement recorded was under Section 161 Cr.P.C. Apparently the same appears to be a typographical mistake. 3.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned APP appearing on behalf of State. Notice be also issued to respondent No. 2 through Investigating Officer, returnable on 01.12.2025.
