By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.345/2025 dated 11.12.2025 registered at PS.: Hazarat Nizamuddin, Delhi under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) on merits.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to a Settlement Agreement inter se the petitioner and the respondent no.2, the petitioner seeks to file a quashing petition of the present FIR based on consent of the parties.

In view thereof, they submit that since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, the same has become infructuous. 4.

As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
