% 08.02.2024 This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. RC0032022A0034 dated 07.06.2022 under Section 354 IPC registered at PS: CBI, ACB, New Delhi. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 has amicably resolved all the disputes, however, neither any Settlement Deed has been filed nor the order of the Trial Court where purportedly Respondent No. 2 has submitted that she does not want to continue the case.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that Respondent No. 2 is unsure whether she wants to settle the matter or not.

In these circumstances, this petition cannot be entertained in the present form.
At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition once the settlement is arrived at.
