% 28.01.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 28.11.2024 for release of interest amount of Rs. 1,67,570/- to the petitioner on the principal amount of Rs. 03 Lakh.

As per office note, nothing fresh has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that principal amount has already been received, however, interest amount could get mentioning in the application earlier, therefore, interest amount be released to the petitioner.

Vide order dated 28.11.2024 the Hon'ble Court directed to release the interest amount to the petitioner. Petitioner is present in Court through video conferencing. He has been duly identified by his counsel.

Hence, registry is directed to release the amount to the petitioner as directed by the Hon'ble Court in order dated 28.11.2024.
