Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for protection to the petitioners from respondent no.4 to 7 i.e. mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law and uncle-in-law of the petitioner no.2. IO ASI Arvind Kumar, who is present in the court states that petitioners are not residing at the given address.

Petitioners, who are present in the Court, submit that they are residing in a hotel at Paharganj because of the fear of the respondents and now they will shift at the given address.

Heard. Let necessary protection be provided to the petitioners whenever they start residing at the given address. Let Mobile number of Beat Constable as well as Division Officer be provided to the petitioners immediately so that in case of an emergency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
