After some hearing Mr. Ojha, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal as he submits that he would move an application before the learned Single Judge seeking enhancement of the litigation expenses awarded by the impugned order. 2.

Should such an application be moved, it would be for the learned Single Judge to take a call as to whether any case for expenses exists or does not exist. We do not express any opinion in the matter. 3.
