Appeal being FAO(OS) 10/2023, under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") has been preferred by the Appellants seeking setting aside of the Impugned Judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 2.

The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed by the Applicants/Appellants seeking leave to withdraw the present Appeal on the ground that the parties have resolved their inter se disputes vide Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 09.12.2024. 3.

Leave is granted.
