% 24.10.2024 I.A. 43272/2024 (joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for passing of compromise decree) 1.
The present application has been filed jointly by the parties praying for decreeing the suit in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 05.10.2024, which has been filed along with the present application. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of the present suit, the parties have arrived at a settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of Settlement Deed dated 05.10.2024 and the same is signed by all the 12 plaintiffs, as well as, the defendant. 3.
The three plaintiffs, as well as, the defendant are present in the Court whereas other parties have joined through video conferencing. I have perused the terms of the settlement, the same are lawful, therefore, there is no impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
The application is also signed by the parties, as well as, by their respective counsel. The application is also supported by the affidavits of the parties.

In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 05.10.2024, which shall form part of the decree. 7.
The decree sheet be drawn accordingly.

The date already fixed as 28.11.2024 before the learned Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
