Learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that on 13.03.2024, when the appellant had appeared in Court in person, he had submitted that he changed his signatures because of advancing age as also other circumstances, however, the order dated 13.03.2024 does not record that the signatures were changed on account of other circumstances.

In view of the above, order dated 13.03.2024 is corrected. Para 1 of the said order after correction shall read as under:- "1. Appellant, who is present in Court, submits that he does not have old documents but states that earlier he used to sign as 'Ajay Kumar' and because of advancing of age and other circumstances, his signature has changed and now he signs as 'A. Aggarwal'."

Learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge for leave to adduce evidence and take other steps in the proceedings.

As the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, the applications for condonation of delay in filing and re-filing are disposed of.
