After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf f the applicant, at this stage, does not press the present applicant for grant of regular bail and seeks permission to withdraw the same. However, it is stated that inordinate delays are being caused in conducting the trial. It is stated that the case is now listed for recording of the statement of the complainant on 24.07.2026 before the learned Trial Court, however, the applicant has been in judicial custody for two years. 2.

In view of the above, the present applicantion stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to pre-pone the date before it in the month of May, 2026 according to its schedule, and ensure that the complainant is examined positively on the next date of hearing before it.
