The present Appeal is preferred under Section 19 (1)(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for setting aside the impugned judgment dated 21.12.2023, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 616/2019 captioned Sapna Katiyar vs. Satyajit Anand.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to file the same afresh after modification. 3.
