The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued for a speedy trial in Complaint Case No.13097/2018 captioned 'Om Saran Gupta v. Tilak Raj Khurana and Ors.'. 3.

It is seen that the matter was listed before the court of learned MM on 20.09.2019 and pre-summoning evidence was closed. The matter is now listed on 30.11.2019 for hearing arguments on the points of summoning. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is unable to accept that there is delay on the part of the learned MM in proceeding with the matter. It is also expected that the learned MM would, considering his board, proceed as

expeditiously as possible.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is dismissed.
