By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.732/2016 dated 21.09.2016, registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, District South, New Delhi, under Sections 341/354/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement.
