1. This Court notices that the question of law urged, i.e. the Tribunal's power to extend the period of stay beyond 365 days period has been explained and read down by this Court in Pepsi Foods Pvt. Ltd. vs. ACIT 376 ITR 87. In these circumstances, the question of law urged does not arise. At the same time, the Tribunal is directed to expedite the hearing and deliver its final verdict with utmost despatch.
