The present petition is filed under section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by the court of Mr. Pranav Joshi, JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cum-GJ, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition bearing RC ARC no. 105/2021 titled as Anju Chugh V Bimla Devi & Ors.

Mr. Ankur Mahindro, Advocate for the petitioner stated that the pleadings have already been completed and the petitioner has already submitted the affidavit in evidence. He further stated that the present petition be disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial arising out of the eviction petition, preferably within a period of 06 months. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications, if any, is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial, preferably within a span of 06 months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
