% 18.11.2019 Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions with the liberty to the petitioners to move an application before the Trial Court for cancellation of non-bailable warrants issued against them and in case

some adverse order is passed then the petitioners may be given liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
