1. The present transfer petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking transfer of CS DJ No.3915/2024, titled as Vijay Gupta vs. DDA pending in the Court of learned District Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, to the Court of learned District Judge, South-East District.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the suit was filed in the wrong jurisdiction.

submits, on instructions, that though, the respondent-DDA refutes all the averments made in the suit on merits. However, it is submitted that an appropriate order may be passed for the transfer of the instant petition.
4. Let the CS DJ No.3915/2024, titled as Vijay Gupta vs. DDA be withdrawn from the Court of learned District Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, and be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction of South-East District.
5. The transferor Court is directed to send the record to the Court of Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South-East District. Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South-East District is directed to retain the case to itself or assign it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the petition alongwith pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
7. Copy of the order be sent to learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South District as well as learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South-East District for necessary action and compliance.
