% 05.02.2026 1.
The Petitioner's grievance pertains concerns the inaction of the Respondents in granting him financial upgradation in the revised pay scale. In this regard, he had submitted a representation to the Respondent on 12th October, 2022 (erroneously recorded as 28th October, 2022 in the order dated 20th November, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 17634/2025). 2.
As no decision was taken on the said representation, the Petitioner approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) 17634/2025. Without commenting on the merits, the Court disposed of the petition directing Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation in accordance with law and to pass a speaking order expeditiously, noting that a substantial period had already elapsed since submission of the representation.

3.
No decision has yet been taken on the representation and, instead of availing remedies available in law for non-compliance of the Court's order, the Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking identical reliefs. 4.
Counsel for the Respondents submits that the representation is required to be considered by the Screening Committee of Respondent No. 2, which has not convened any meeting since the passing of the earlier order. 5.
The Respondents are therefore directed to decide the representation as decided in the order dated 20th November, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 17634/2025 within six weeks from today.
6.
With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
