% 24.02.2026 1.
Learned counsel for the victims has handed over a copy of the written synopsis in the Court today, which is taken on record, based whereon he submits that the applicant had transferred a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- which was done in collusion with the applicant and the coaccused, Ms. Anushka Dwivedi, so as to use criminal proceedings against the victims for falsely implicating them to exert pressure on them as the victims and the applicant herein are having land disputes between them. 2.

applicant and the victims herein.
3.
Although the transaction of Rs.23,00,000/- has been disputed by the applicant, however, the statement(s) recorded under Section 180 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) given by one Mr. Tanzeer Ahmad, and one Mr. Sikander, according to which the applicant had transferred the amount of Rs.13,00,000/- and Rs.9,80,000/- respectively, by using their Jan Seva Kendra account to the accounts of Ms. Anushka Dwivedi, as also her father, Mr. Ajay Dubey affirm the said transfer. More so, on 04.01.2026 Ms. Anushka Dwivedi in her disclosure statement, had corroborated her active involvement as also the acknowledged the receipt of the aforesaid amount. 4.
Considering the numerous instances as also the connections inter se the applicant and the co-accused Ms. Anushka Dwivedi and the trail involved giving rise to as many as four FIRs, though not connected with each other directly, however, since they incontrovertibly have some semblance of connection with each other, in the considered opinion of this Court the custodial interrogation of the applicant is required for bringing to light the said trail of money involved as also to unearth the truth for proceeding with a successful investigation.
5.
In light of the above, no grounds for the grant of anticipatory bail are made out especially considering the multilayered and interwoven connections qua the aforesaid FIRs.
6.
As such, the present application is dismissed. SAURABH BANERJEE, J.
