This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:

"(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and direct the respondent no.2 to consider & decide the pending application dt. 05.02.2021, submitted by the petitioner for shifting of its premises, in accordance with law expeditiously in a time bound manner;" 2.

Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application for change of premise of the petitioner has not been decided for a considerable period of time by respondent No. 2. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Directing the respondent to hear and dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously and not later than 8 weeks from today, the petition is disposed of.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the outcome.
