This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:
"(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and direct the respondent no.2 to consider & decide the pending application dt. 05.02.2021, submitted by the petitioner for shifting of its premises, in accordance with law expeditiously in a time bound manner;" 2.
Mr.
Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application for change of premise of the petitioner has not been decided for a considerable period of time by respondent No. 2. 3.
For the said reasons, issue notice.
