1. The original record reveals that although the Petitioner answered in the affirmative in the attestation form to question whether he has been convicted, in response to a further question, he failed to disclose the particulars of the case in which he has been arrested. He simply left unanswered that question which was 'Yes/No' question.

2. The Court is informed that not only was the Petitioner was convicted in a criminal case but sentenced to Rigorous Imprisonment for two years. He has filed an appeal before the Allahabad High Court in which he is out on conditional bail.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner drew attention to an affidavit filed by the Petitioner almost five months after the attestation form disclosing his conviction. The Court does not file this to be a satisfactory compliance with the

mandatory requirement of the full disclosure even at the time of filing of the attestation form.

4. No interference is called for. The petition is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
