Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR bearing No. 0428 of 2021 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S. Palam Village, Delhi on merits, however, the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement the modalities of which are being worked out. He, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in case need so arises.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
