The petitioner was a candidate in the Common Assistant Accounts Officer Examination (Civil), pursuant to a notification issued by the Principal Accounts Office, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on 15.06.2021. She appeared in the examination, but missed the minimum qualifying marks of 60 out of 150 in paper No. 3 [Accounting Procedure] by 1.36 marks, i.e. she scored 58.64 instead of 60 marks. The results were declared on 14.11.2024, and she has made a representation on 21.11.2024 for grant of grace marks.

The relief sought in this writ petition is for a direction upon the respondent to decide her representation within a time bound period. 3.

Learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent, and states that the representation will be decided within a period of four weeks from today.
