Petitioner has moved an application under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Petitioner No.1 is present in person.

It is submitted that the petitioners have already made a representation before DDA with respect to reconsideration of levy of excessive misuse charges and the pendency of the present writ petition is coming in the way of such reconsideration. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions prays that without prejudice to her rights and contentions, she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition so as to enable her to pursue the matter afresh with DDA. She also seeks liberty to approach the Court again, if situation so arises in future.
