Animal and Fishery Science University (MAFSU) till the time aforesaid university issues Provisional Degree Certificates and further it was prayed that the respondents be directed to accept Provisional Course Completion Certificates (PCC) with an undertaking from the Registrar of Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Science University (MAFSU) in lieu of Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC). In terms of the prayer the matter was taken up on 24.01.2025, the petitioners were permitted to appear in the MOP-UP round starting on 08.02.2025. The direction was made pursuant to the submission of Dr. S.R. Sharma, Controller of Examination wherein it was stated that if the petitioners have their PDCs, they will be allowed appear in the MOP-UP round and will be allocated seats based on their seniority, eligibility and the availability of the seats. Thus the order dated 24.01.2025 indicates that the petitioners were duly permitted to appear in the MOP-UP round. It is pertinent to mention that by that time the petitioners had even got their Provisional Degree Certificates (PDCs). 7.
The seats have been allotted on the basis of seniority, eligibility and the availability of the seats. Even otherwise, the prayers made in the present petitions have already been fulfilled. Thus, since the MOP-UP round has already been completed and all the seats have already been allocated, nothing survives in the present petitions. Hence, the present petitions along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of. DINESH KUMAR SHARMA, J FEBRUARY 27, 2025/AR/KR..
