The present writ petition has been filed seeking de-sealing of the property of the petitioners bearing no. B-53, 4th Floor, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi- 110064 (hereinafter 'subject property'). 2.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the subject property was given on lease by the petitioner to the respondents no.2 to 5 for running a restaurant. Since the aforesaid respondents no.2 to 5 did not possess health trade license, the subject property has been sealed by the respondent/ MCD. 3.

It is contended that since the respondents no.2 to 5 have violated the terms of the lease by not obtaining the requisite health trade license, the petitioners cannot be penalized for the same. 4.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD submits that an application for de-sealing has been filed by the petitioners few days W.P.(C) 1658/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. back and the respondent no.1 shall duly consider the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/ MCD to decide the de-sealing application filed on behalf of the petitioners within four (4) weeks from today in accordance with law.

Till the time the application is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners or the subject property. 7.

Needless to state, all rights, contentions and legal remedies of the petitioners against the order that may be passed by respondent no.1/ MCD are kept open.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
