The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the unauthorized structure raised by the private respondents on the property bearing no. B- 1, Village Basant Gaon. Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057. 2.

To be noted, a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner against the private respondents with regard to the aforesaid property, which is pending adjudication before the District Courts, Patiala House, New Delhi. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no relief qua unauthorised construction has been claimed in the said suit. 4.
