Present writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to the impugned order dated 15.01.2024 passed by Delhi School Tribunal in Appeal No. 5/2022 titled 'Neeru Sharma v. Vishwa Bharti Public School & Anr.'

I am the appellant in the present case. I have since amicably entered into a settlement in terms of letter dated 06.05.2024. Appellant have been reinstated as PRT on probation w.e.f. 15.01.2024 to 14.01.2025 on the existing terms and conditions. Copy of the same is Marked 'A'. Thus my appeal may be dispose off as withdrawn as per the settlement marked 'A' without prejudice of my right." 3.
Application is allowed and disposed of.
