CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW

O R D E R

% 08.01.2020 1.

This order is in continuation of the order dated 19th November, 2019, 6th December, 2019 and 20th December, 2019.

2.

The fresh pedigree table filed by the counsel for the petitioners in pursuance to the order dated 19th November, 2019 has been perused. However, the petitioners are found to have yet again not given all the relevant particulars required to be given therein. Dates of death of several persons shown in the pedigree table, are not stated. 3.

The counsel for the petitioners again seeks time. 4.

Litigations ought not to be instituted in a half-baked manner, with opportunity to further bake the same after the same have been instituted and by seeking repeated adjournments. Such filing, results in the time, for which the litigation remains pending in the Court, commencing to run, though there is no properly constituted claim before the Court. 5.

Thus, no ground for granting adjournment is made out. TEST.CAS. 86/2019

6.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to apply yet again, when all particulars are available.

7.

The counsel for the petitioners states that certified copies of some documents have been filed and difficulty will be faced in again obtaining certified copies.

8.

The petitioners are granted liberty to take back the certified copies after placing photocopies thereof on record.
