The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising multifold grievance/sas regards the vigilance clearance granted to respondent no.4. Various allegations have been made against the respondent no. 4 for the period when the said respondent was posted in the respondent no. 5. Ominous prayers have been sought in the present petition against various authorities as regards the vigilance clearance granted to the respondent no.4 and also seeking that the respondent no.4 be subject to further enquiries etc. 4.
The petition contains no averments whatsoever as regards the locus of the petitioner.

petitioner himself has been dismissed from service from the respondent no.5.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The same is consequently, dismissed. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner strenuously emphasizes that at least the complaint filed by him before the CVC on 24.04.2024 be duly considered by the CVC and appropriate orders passed thereon. 8.
It is clarified that the petitioner is not precluded from pursuing his complaints before the concerned authorities if so permitted under the applicable rules and regulations. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards the merits thereof.
