Counsel for the petitioner concedes to the given effect and he states that the monies are yet to be received. Mr. Satyakam, ld. counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the remittance of the monies is to be made through ECS and it is under process and shall get completed within a week's time. Taking the submissions so made on record, the contempt petition is disposed of.
