Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 177/2024 of Police Station Shalimar Bagh for offence under Section 323/341/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition since the trial court has already referred the matter to Lok Adalat.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
