This is an application for early hearing moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2/RBI is present on advance notice.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that since the RBI has agreed to reconsider their Representation dated 10.04.2023, the present writ petition may be disposed of, so as to enable the respondent No. 2/RBI to decide their representation in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2/RBI is also agreeable and he requests that he may be granted three months‟ time to reconsider the proposal and pass an appropriate speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing, if needed, to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the matter is preponed. The next date of hearing i.e. 12.11.2024 stands cancelled.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2023 be reconsidered and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, a reasoned order be passed in accordance with the law within three months from today.
