The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.2 to take necessary and appropriate action for expediting the investigation in FIR No.0160/2017 under Sections 420/467/468/471/511/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered with the Economic Offences Wing.

Mr Mahajan, learned ASC appearing for the State states, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, that the investigation is at the final stage and is likely to be completed shortly and in any event within a period of four months from today.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. 4.

The pending application is also disposed of.
