The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that anticipatory bail be granted to her in connection with FIR No.0441/2019 under Section 420 of the IPC registered with PS Tilak Nagar. 3.
The petitioner is a daughter of one Mr Satish Chanana, who is stated to be the sole proprietor of M/s Laxmi Finance and Investment Company. The allegation in the said FIR is that the complainant had paid a sum of ₹12,50,000/- for the purchase of land, which was not available. She states that she is employed with another company, unconnected with M/s Laxmi Finance and Investment. The petitioner admits that she had received a sum of ₹2,00,000/- in her bank account, but states that the same was at the
instance of her father.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the said amount of ₹2,00,000/- in the form of an FDR to secure the payment of any amount, if found payable. 5.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted anticipatory on her furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and a surety of an equivalent amount. This is subject to the following further conditions: - a) That the petitioner shall join the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer on 30.09.2019 at 11:00 AM and on all further dates as required.
b) That she shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without due intimation to the IO.
c) That the petitioner shall deposit an FDR in the sum of ₹2,00,000/- in her own name with the Registry of this Court. 6.
Needless to state that if any of the abovementioned conditions are violated, anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand revoked. 7.
The State is also granted liberty to apply for cancellation of this order in the event a need is so felt.
