By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 402/2022, dated 31.08.2022, lodged at Police Station Pahar Ganj, under Sections 392/394/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits, upon instructions, that charges have been framed against two other accused persons, but charges have not yet been framed against the present petitioner, as he was declared a proclaimed offender. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. J.P. move the Sessions Court after framing of charges, if any, against him. 4.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
