Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 178/2024 of Police Station Shalimar Bagh for offence under Section 420/467/471/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

On being pointed out serious allegations that the petitioner not only cheated the respondent no. 2 but also allegedly forged documents and obtained electricity connection from BSES regarding which supplementary chargesheet is about to be filed after interrogating co-accused persons, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of petitioner present in courtroom seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
