By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners seek following prayers:- "a) Issue notice to the respondents.

b) Direct the Respondent No.1/State to provide adequate protection to the petitioners from the hands of respondent no.3 in the interest of Justice."

Learned Standing Counsel for State submits that number of the beat officer would be provided to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
